Full job description

We are looking for an experienced, full-time dynamic front desk Medical aesthetician / receptionist for our medical spa. Candidate must have a medical aesthetics or spa management diploma. Candidate must be passionate, sociable with a great personality and skill set to be the face of our spa and newest team member! Must be willing to work flexible hours, including Saturdays. We offer a fun, upbeat, positive work environment with competitive wages and great employee discounts. Medical Spa reception, customer service experience and knowledge with social media is a MUST. We will only consider candidates who meet all the qualifications.

Duties :

  • Responds to customers emails and telephone calls
  • Actively monitors email and social media.
  • Makes appointments for clients and cancels and/or modifies appointments as necessary.
  • Greets clients in a professional manner and with a smile.
  • Operate cash register, process payments.
  • Complete general opening and closing duties.
  • Enforces policies & procedures.
  • Assists clients with product purchases and pre-book services.
  • Keeps informed and knowledgeable of all Spa services, their times of operation, the facilities, and retail merchandise.
  • Help in creating and following up on our social media posting and inquiries including Instagram, Facebook and TikTok.
  • Knows how to work with canvas.
  • Helps with daily duties, cleaning, general upkeep, inputting client information, inventory, set up and clean up of treatment rooms, etc.
  • Must provide exceptional customer service and identify needs of guests and employees

Desired Qualifications:

High School graduate or equivalent.

2 year Medical spa reception experience is REQUIRED

2 year customer service experience is REQUIRED

Basic knowledge about medical spa services is REQUIRED

Interest in the aesthetics industry is REQUIRED

Sales experience is an asset

English language proficiency, verbal and written.

Proficient in Microsoft word and excel.

Be proficient in POS systems, spa booking software and canva

Excellent phone communication skills

Knowledge & experience with all Social Media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, etc.

Ability to multi-task and work in a busy environment

Solid judgment and decision-making skills

Must be able to work independently, as well as a team

Must be able to work weekends, evenings

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $17.50-$21.00 per hour
