- Experience with HRIS platforms such as UKG or similar systems
- Experience supporting HR functions within a complex, multi-operational organization
- Ability to deliver HR services in a field-based environment supported by a centralized HR model
- Demonstrated ability to work independently while collaborating with the Corporate HR Department

- Self-motivated with a strong desire to learn and grow
- Ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Willingness and ability to travel within Alberta (Calgary to Vermilion)
As part of our dynamic HR team, you will act as an HR business partner to provide HR services, advice, support and direction to managers and employees. Your key areas of responsibility will include:

- Employee Relations – Advise and support managers on employee relations matters, including coaching and discipline
Other areas of involvement may include:
- Performance management
