At which airport? Commissionaires has to compete with private security companies for contracts, including at airports. When they leave a site, it's typically because someone came in with a low-cost bid to do the work. Commissionaires can usually do a good job of justifying why they're more expensive (because they pay more to get better people), but sometimes clients want to try something different.

Yes they need background check up I was start work with then that ask me from bake country pcc police clearance it’s hard to get from India finally I was submit after 3 month and spans almost 385$ after submit that they give me full hours and parmenat site very good company to work good pay
