Medical Pathologist jobs in Toronto, ON

As a Speech-Language Pathologist on our team, you are an integral part of our specialized services for clients with Autism Spectrum Disorders or other developmental disabilities. Salary: $80,000.00-$102,000.00 per year (pro-rated based on hours worked)

Work setup: Part-time, hourly. Clinic and community-based in North York

Schedule: Tuesdays between 10:30 AM - 6:30 PM, Wed 11:30 AM - 7:30 PM, Thursday 11:30 AM - 7:30 PM ET

• You’ll provide assessment, intervention and treatment planning for clients with Autism Spectrum Disorders or other developmental disabilities
• You will employ a comprehensive range of Speech Pathology skills to maintain, develop or augment oral motor or communicative functions
• You use excellent interpersonal skills and excel in a collaborative, inter-disciplinary team environment
• You will build a strong network by maintaining effective communication with a variety of stakeholders including clients, families/caregivers, community agencies and service providers

Here is what you will need to be successful:

• You are a graduate of a recognized School of Speech Language Pathology
• You have active membership in good standing with the Regulatory body of Audiologists and Speech-Language Pathologists in Ontario or CASLPO eligible
• You are passionate about your profession and committed to ongoing professional development
• New Graduates are welcome to apply, mentorship is provided
• Willing to do some virtual work for SBRS
• Must have some knowledge of AAC
• Open to travelling in the York and Toronto area for some community work
• Legally authorized to work in Canada
