JOB DESCRIPTION
Would you like to be part of a stimulating teaching environment located in a city-center campus with a multicultural student body? We invite you to submit your application to our Candidate Pool.
Applying to the Candidate Pool will keep your application on file for six (6) months. We may pre-screen candidates for temporary employment opportunities that arise.
Job description and tasks
In addition to regular teaching responsibilities, the role also includes:
- Involvement in pedagogical days organized by the College
- Participation in departmental meetings
- Involvement in student-focused activities such as field trips, competitions, and year-end Graduate Exhibition.
- Performing other department related administrative duties
Required Qualifications
- Minimum three (3) years experience as a Radiation Oncology technologist and/or medical physicist
- Minimum one (1) year Experience in one or more of the specialty areas (e.g. Brachy, CT-sim, Treatment Planning, MRI)
- Member in good standing with the OTIMROEPMQ (technologists only)
- Evidence of continuing professional development is an asset
- Teaching experience at the college level an asset
- Excellent English communication skills essential
- General knowledge of French is an asset.
