Work as a Registered Nurse in the United States

IntelliStaff Medical helps Canadian Registered Nurses legally work in the United States through the TN Visa program. We partner with hospitals across the U.S. that are actively hiring Canadian registered nurses. What These U.S. RN Jobs Offer

  • Full-time direct hire employment with U.S. hospitals
  • Competitive RN pay across the U.S.; many roles ranging from $36 to $71 USD per hour
  • Approximate Canadian-dollar equivalent: $49 to $96 CAD per hour depending on specialty and location
  • Sign-on bonuses up to $30,000 USD available with select employers
