ABOUT US:

At Foundation Chiropractic and Wellness, we are passionate about vibrant health and healthy lifestyles. Our clinic is more than just a workplace—it’s a health-focused, high-energy community where team members support one another and emanate wellness. We believe that a positive, uplifting environment begins with great leadership, and we are looking for a dynamic team player to champion our culture and lead our front desk team.

THE ROLE:

As our Front Office Supervisor, you will be the heartbeat of our daily operations and the vital bridge between our multidisciplinary practitioners (doctors, massage therapists, and acupuncturist) and our amazing front staff. This role combines collaborative leadership with hands-on front desk administrative support. If you love motivating people, keeping things beautifully organized, and creating an exceptional, welcoming experience for patients, you will thrive here!

WHAT YOU'LL DO (Responsibilities):

  • Lead with Positivity: Provide supportive direction, mentorship, and encouragement to our front desk team (2 full-time and 2 part-time team members), fostering a collaborative and upbeat workplace.
  • Orchestrate the Patient Experience: Coordinate smooth, fast-paced patient flow across multiple practitioners, ensuring every patient receives exceptional, warm customer service.
  • Streamline Operations: Manage front desk administrative duties with efficiency, multitasking smoothly to keep daily clinic operations organized and running on time.
  • Collaborate Daily: Work closely with doctors, therapists, and administrative staff to support seamless patient care management and internal communication (in-person, phone, and email).

WHO YOU ARE (Qualifications):

  • An Uplifting Leader: You have an upbeat, confident personality and a natural ability to motivate others and cultivate a healthy team culture.
  • A Calm & Steady Presence: You thrive in a vibrant, bustling environment and pride yourself on your ability to prioritize, problem-solve, and stay grounded when things get busy.
  • An Exceptional Communicator: You possess top-tier interpersonal skills and connect easily with patients and colleagues alike.
  • Experienced: You bring a minimum of 3 years of experience in a supervisory role (required) and 3 years of administrative experience (preferred), ideally with a background or strong interest in clinic operations.
  • Education: Secondary school completion is preferred.

WHAT WE OFFER:

We care about our team's well-being just as much as our patients'. When you join us, you’ll enjoy:

  • A comfortable, collaborative, and genuinely supportive workspace.
  • Complimentary chiropractic care for all staff.
  • Generous staff discounts on massages, clinic products, and nutritional supplements.
  • Comprehensive health care benefits after your probationary period.
  • Ongoing professional growth with access to personal development courses, seminars, and learning opportunities to expand your skills.
  • A stable 40-hour work week (full-time, salary) with regular hours. Generally, weekends are all yours, except for occasional, rewarding office events or professional development days, or coverage for other staff
  • Work Location: In-person.
