Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Medical Office Assistant (MOA) to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in supporting patient care and ensuring smooth clinic operations. Duties

  • Greet and assist patients upon arrival, ensuring a welcoming experience
  • Prepare patients for examinations and procedures
  • Assist healthcare providers with patient care activities, including taking vital signs and preparing exam rooms
  • Manage medical records accurately and maintain confidentiality
  • Schedule appointments, follow-ups, and coordinate patient flow efficiently
  • Handle phone calls, answer inquiries, and provide information to patients
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of clinical areas in compliance with health standards
  • Support inventory management by ordering supplies and medications as needed
  • Document patient interactions and procedures accurately in electronic health records

Experience

  • Previous clinical experience is highly desirable
  • Experience with patient care activities such as vital signs
  • Knowledge of medical terminology is advantageous
  • Strong communication skills and compassionate demeanor are essential
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced healthcare environment
