Job Overview
We are seeking dedicated and detail-oriented Workers to join our team. The ideal candidates will have a strong background in administrative tasks, particularly within the medical office settings. But we are willing to train the right candidate And New graduates are welcome as well. This role involves managing front desk operations, handling multi-line phone systems, and ensuring smooth communication between patients and staff. We are hiring for multiple positions, including a team leader, front desk reception, surgical coordinators

Responsibilities

  • Greet patients and visitors warmly, providing excellent customer service at the front desk
  • Manage incoming calls through multi-line phone systems, directing calls to appropriate staff members
  • Schedule appointments and manage calendars using electronic medical records systems
  • Maintain accurate patient records, ensuring compliance
  • Familiarity with electronic medical records management systems
  • Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Experience with front desk operations and administrative support functions. experience with Plexia EMR is an asset.
  • Take patient medical histories, along with other required info and testings.
