Queen Street Chiropractic is a wellness-focused chiropractic clinic in the heart of downtown Kingston. We’re looking for an enthusiastic Administrative Health Assistant / Office Manager to become an integral part of our team. What You’ll Do

  • Welcome and care for patients with warmth and professionalism.
  • Manage scheduling, patient communications, and clinic operations.
  • Keep the office running smoothly through organization and attention to detail.
  • Support the doctor in delivering an exceptional patient experience.
  • Confidently multitask in a busy, fast-paced environment.
  • Contribute ideas and take initiative to continually improve our office.

We’re Looking For Someone Who Is:

  • Positive, energetic, and genuinely enjoys working with people.
  • Exceptionally organized and detail-oriented.
  • A strong communicator with excellent written and spoken English.
  • Comfortable using computers and learning new software quickly.
  • Able to think critically, prioritize tasks, and solve problems independently.

  • Passionate about health, wellness, and helping others.

Previous experience in administration, customer service, or healthcare is an asset, but we are happy to train the right individual who shares our values and enthusiasm.

Schedule

This is a permanent, full-time position (31 hours) with a 4-day condensed work week.

Monday 8:00-1:00 and 2:30-5:30

Tuesday 9:00-4:30

Wednesay 6:30- 1:00

Thursday 7:30-1:00 and 2:30-6:00

*Occasional (4-5x/ year) Friday or weekend for community events or seminars (ample notice provided)

Enjoy predictable time off with annual clinic closures, including stat holidays, approximately two weeks at Christmas, and two weeks each summer.

Training

Comprehensive training will be provided, including our customized clinic software and office procedures, to ensure you feel confident and supported.

Compensation

Competitive compensation based on experience.
