Full-Time Treatment Coordinator

Are you looking for more than just a job? We're searching for an enthusiastic, compassionate, and organized Treatment Coordinator to become an important part of our dental family.

Schedule

Monday – Thursday: 8:15 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
Friday: 6:45 a.m. – 3:00 p.m.
Full-time | No evenings or weekends

What You'll Do

  • Welcome and build relationships with our patients
  • Coordinate and present treatment plans with confidence and compassion
  • Help patients understand their treatment options and financial arrangements
  • Schedule appointments and maintain an organized workflow
  • Work closely with our clinical team to provide an exceptional patient experience

What We're Looking For

  • Dental industry experience is mandatory
  • Previous experience as a Treatment Coordinator is a strong asset
  • Experience with Tracker Software is an asset
  • Outstanding communication and people skills
  • Friendly, positive, and team-oriented attitude
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
