Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Medical Clinic Manager to oversee daily operations and support the continued growth of our clinic.

The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of healthcare management experience and will be responsible for clinic operations, staff leadership, physician coordination, and business development.

Duties

1-Clinic Operations

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the medical clinic
  • Ensure smooth clinic workflow and patient experience
  • Manage exam room readiness, supplies, and clinic facilities
  • Oversee scheduling systems and appointment management
  • Coordinate administrative processes and office procedures

2-Staff & Physician Management

  • Supervise, schedule, and support administrative and clinical staff
  • Hire, train, and delegate responsibilities to clinic staff
  • Coordinate physician schedules and clinic coverage
  • Act as liaison between physicians, staff, and management
  • Maintain a positive and professional team environment

3-Billing & Administration

  • Manage MH billing, submissions, and reconciliation
  • Oversee EMR operations (accuro experience preferred)
  • Manage payroll coordination and end-of-day financial reconciliation
  • Maintain records, documentation, and regulatory compliance

4-Business Development & Growth

  • Support recruitment of new family physicians and specialists
  • Assist with expansion of services
  • Identify opportunities to grow the clinic and improve patient access to care
  • Manage the overall operations of the medical clinic, including patient flow, staff scheduling, and resource allocation to maximize efficiency and service quality
  • Supervise clinical and administrative staff, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations to foster a collaborative team environment
  • Oversee electronic medical records systems to ensure accurate documentation, confidentiality, and compliance with healthcare regulations
  • Maintain adherence to healthcare standards and protocols, including medical terminology accuracy and hospital or acute care procedures
  • Monitor clinic budgets, control expenses, and implement cost-effective strategies without compromising service excellence
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, including human resources policies, medical licensing requirements, and safety regulations

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years experience in healthcare or medical clinic management
  • Strong operational, financial, and sales acumen
  • Professional demeanor and high emotional intelligence
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, evolving start-up environment
  • Strong knowledge of MH billing and EMR systems (accuro preferred)
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
  • Strong ability to multitask in a fast-paced medical environment
  • Experience leading dynamic teams with a coaching-based leadership style
  • Computer proficiency (MS Office, EMR systems)
