Full job description

The South Pembina Walk In Clinic is a brand new, top level medical clinic that offers high quality patient services in the areas of Family practice to our community, the clinic is located on Pembina Highway across from the Victoria General Hospital in Winnipeg, with a bus stop at the front door, and free employee parking the back of the building is available.

We are looking for a caring, friendly, hard working and reliable candidates with medical office experience that can start as soon as possible.

You must have a caring personality, excellent communication skills, strong work ethics and be available for rotational shifts.

Qualifications:

Accuro EMR Experience

Excellent customer service skills

Strong interpersonal skills

Preferred:

Medical Office assistant certificate

Bi or multilingual, specially French

Duties include but not limited to:

Greetings patients in a friendly manner

Answering phones

Booking appointments

Assisting with procedures/Exams

General Cleaning

General reception duties( stock, filing, phones, faxing, emails, etc.)

YOU MUST BE AVAILABLE FOR FLEXIBLE SHIFTS INCLUDING WEEKENDS, EVENINGS AND HOLIDAYS.

YOU MUST BE FULLY VACCINATED

Clinic Uniform is mandatory

Salary: 17$ per hour
