Kingsway Eye Care Family Optometry is a technologically advanced, full-scope optometry clinic dedicated to delivering premium, preventative eye care to a thriving and family-focused community. We combine clinical excellence with high-end fashion eyewear and a personalized patient experience.

We’re currently looking for an Optometric Assistant / Patient Services Coordinator to join our energetic and friendly team.

What You’ll Do:

  • Deliver outstanding customer service in person and over the phone
  • Assist in delivering in-office Dry Eye Therapy Treatments (training will be provided)
  • Schedule and coordinate appointments for six Optometrists, a Vision Therapy Clinic and Dry Eye Treatments
  • Manage patient inquiries and services with professionalism and care
  • Adapt and grow with the evolving needs of our office

  • A vibrant, enthusiastic personality with a love for helping others
  • Strong communication skills and a team-first attitude
  • Interest in hands-on clinical work, particularly in assisting with dry eye therapy services
  • Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to follow through independently
  • A commitment to professionalism, including fashionable office attire
  • Punctual, reliable, and eager to learn
  • Passionate about eye health and contributing to patient wellness
  • Strong computer skills are essential (Word, Excel, typing proficiency)
  • Ability to quickly learn new software and systems
