What We Are Looking For:

  • Education: A College or University background is preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum of 1 year of proven experience in a fast-paced administrative or medical clinic setting.
  • The Right Attitude: High-energy, a team-first mindset, and a "serious about success" work ethic.
  • Skillset: Exceptional communication skills, strong multitasking abilities, and a high comfort level navigating digital scheduling and document systems.
  • Flexibility: Ability to work a Tuesday–Saturday schedule with occasional variable hours to meet clinic needs.

What We Offer:

  • Competitive starting salary of $45,000 – $50,000.
  • A vibrant, supportive, and energetic team culture.
  • Gain valuable experience in a specialized medical-legal administrative environment.

Pay: $45,000.00-$50,000.00 per year
