Foundation Chiropractic + Physiotherapy is a busy, modern multidisciplinary clinic located in Kelowna's North End. Our team includes chiropractors, physiotherapists, massage therapists, naturopathic doctors, and a kinesiologist, all working together to provide an exceptional patient experience. We pride ourselves on creating a welcoming atmosphere for both our patients and our team. Foundation Chiropractic + Physiotherapy

We're looking for a friendly, organized, and proactive Part-Time Front Desk Receptionist who genuinely enjoys helping people and thrives in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Schedule

  • Part-time (approximately 20–30 hours per week)
  • Must be available for a combination of daytime, evening, and occasional Saturday shifts
  • Additional shifts available to cover vacations and sick time

What You'll Do

  • Welcome patients with a warm and professional attitude
  • Schedule and manage appointments using JaneApp
  • Answer phones, emails, and text messages
  • Process payments and insurance claims
  • Assist with direct billing and patient accounts
  • Keep providers' schedules running smoothly
  • Maintain a clean and organized reception area
  • Support the clinical team with administrative tasks as needed
  • Social media posting

What We're Looking For

Required:

  • Previous experience using JaneApp in a healthcare clinic is a bonus
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask while remaining calm under pressure
  • Comfortable learning new systems and technology
  • Reliable, punctual, and a team player

Assets:

  • Experience in chiropractic, physiotherapy, massage therapy, or another multidisciplinary medical clinic
  • Experience with direct billing and insurance claims
  • Medical Office Assistant (MOA) education or equivalent experience
