We are seeking a full-time Receptionist/Clinic Assistant to join our team.

The successful candidate must be an excellent communicator and great team player who can easily establish rapport with others, be well-organized with good time management skills and an ability to multi-task. The candidate must be comfortable with the use of computers and technology.

Job Duties:

On-site maintenance and minor repairs of hearing aids

Provide client support regarding problems or difficulties with their hearing aids

Shipping, receiving and maintaining inventory

Sanitize and clean clinic equipment and maintain clinic rooms

Prepare and organize files and aids for daily appointments

Front desk reception support as required

Other reasonable office duties that may be determined through the ongoing nature of the position

Full training will be provided to the successful candidate.

Hours are Monday to Thursday 9 – 5pm

Fluent English and either Cantonese or Mandarin is essential

Position is available to start immediately.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $19.00-$22.00 per hour
