We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Dental Administrative Assistant to join our dynamic dental practice. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow within the office, providing an exceptional patient care. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to maintaining a positive patient experience.

Duties

  • Maintain accurate patient records using ABELDent
  • Manage appointment scheduling and patient follow-ups through phone systems.
  • Ensure that the dental office is clean, organized, and compliant with health regulations.
  • Provide patients with post-operative care instructions and answer any questions they may have.
  • Perform administrative tasks including filing, billing, and communicating with insurance companies.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, staff, and other healthcare professionals to ensure a seamless experience.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience as a Dental Administrative Assistant or in a similar role within a dental or medical office is preferred.
  • Familiarity with dental terminology and procedures is essential.
  • Proficiency in using phone systems and managing electronic medical records is required.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact professionally with patients and team members.
  • A positive attitude and a commitment to providing high-quality patient care.
