Job Summary

Join our dynamic dental team as a Dental Assistant/Receptionist, where you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional patient care and ensuring the smooth operation of our dental practice. This energetic position combines clinical support with front desk responsibilities, offering a rewarding opportunity to engage with patients and contribute to a positive dental experience. You will be the friendly face patients see first and the efficient organizer behind the scenes, helping us maintain a welcoming environment while managing administrative tasks seamlessly.

Responsibilities

  • Greet patients warmly, verify their information, and schedule appointments with enthusiasm and professionalism.
  • Assist the dental team during procedures by preparing instruments, taking x-rays, and ensuring patient comfort.
  • Handle administrative duties including filing, billing, insurance verification, and processing payments at the front desk.
  • Coordinate patient flow to minimize wait times while providing excellent customer service.
  • Experience Prior experience working in a dental or medical office setting is highly preferred.
  • Strong familiarity with dental software platform Dentrix is advantageous.

Pay: $30.00-$35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35.0 per week
