Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Office Manager to oversee our administrative operations. The ideal candidate will have a background in human resources, medical office management, and familiarity with Open dental and electronic medical records systems.

Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day office operations in a dental or medical setting
- Supervise administrative staff and provide guidance as needed
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure efficient workflow
- Handle budgeting and financial tasks related to office management
- Maintain and update electronic medical records accurately
- Utilize knowledge of medical terminology in daily tasks

Experience:
- Proven experience in office management, preferably in a hospital or acute care setting
- Proficiency in Open dental software and electronic medical records systems
- Strong background in budgeting and financial management
- Excellent supervisory skills with the ability to lead a team effectively
- Familiarity with human resources practices is a plus
