Previous Dental Administrative experience is a must!!

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

-Perform administrative duties including:

- Answer and direct incoming telephone calls, emails, and faxes

- Schedule patient treatment appointments and follow-ups

- Collect and process payments and invoices

- Maintain financial records

- Document patient record data as directed by the dentist

- Use of Recall Manager and Treatment Manager system.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $26.00-$29.00 per hour
