    • Maintain inventory of medical and office supplies.
    • Manage office correspondence, including email, fax, referrals, and incoming medical reports.
    • This role is critical in enhancing practice performance and supporting the team.
    • Oversee all administrative operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
    • Experience: Previous administrative experience in a medical office, clinic, or hospital environment is highly preferred.

    • Manage stock: medical supplies, vaccines etc.
    • Assist patients to exam rooms.
    • Checks outdated office/admin supplies and the amount of office/admin supplies and assures adequate levels are ordered.
    • Prepares order forms for the supplies.
