Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and organized dental administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring quality patient care and ensuring a seamless experience within our dental practice. This position requires a strong background in dental operations, along with excellent interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with patients and staff.

Work Hours

Monday 6:00 AM - 2:00 PM

Tuesday 8:00 AM- 4:00 PM

Wednesday 8:00 AM- 4:00 PM

Thursday 8:00 AM- 4:00 PM

Friday 8:00 AM- 4:00 PM

NO EVENINGS OR WEEKENDS REQUIRED.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate patient treatment plans by collaborating with healthcare providers and ensuring all necessary documentation is completed.
  • Utilize Cleardent system to maintain accurate patient records and manage appointments.
  • Maintain knowledge of dental terminology and procedure codes
  • Foster positive relationships with patients, addressing any concerns or questions regarding their treatment plans.
  • Scheduling, confirming and billing appointments
  • Obtaining insurance breakdowns and confirming active coverage

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a dental office is required.
  • Familiarity with Cleardent software is highly preferred.
  • Strong understanding of dental terminology.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with patients and team members.
