What You'll Be Doing

  • Welcoming patients and providing exceptional customer service
  • Booking appointments and managing clinic schedules
  • Answering phones and assisting with patient inquiries
  • Maintaining accurate electronic medical records (Accuro EMR)
  • Supporting physicians and helping clinics run efficiently
  • Assisting with patient flow and general administrative duties

What We're Looking For

  • Minimum 1 years of Medical Office Assistant Experience
  • Previous experience using Accuro EMR is strongly preferred
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask in a busy medical environment
  • Professional, dependable, and positive attitude
  • Team player with a strong work ethic
  • Availability for Evenings and Weekends
