We are seeking an Administrative Support to join the team at Oromocto Public Hospital.

This is a permanent part time position, and the starting rate is $28.5308 per hour.

What you will do

As an Administrative Support, you will support the team at Oromocto Public Hospital by processing medical documents, referrals, and forms, as well as transcribing, editing, and formatting reports. Other responsibilities may include maintaining databases, preparing reports, responding to inquiries, and performing reception and general office duties to ensure efficient day-to-day operations.

Who you are

You posses a diploma in an administrative support program and have experience with medical terminology and medical transcription, or you have several years of recent and directly related work experience. You have written and spoken competence in English (Advanced) and spoken competence in French (Intermediate +).
