What You’ll Do:

Be the first point of contact – Greet patients warmly and provide a welcoming experience.
Manage calls & inquiries – Answer incoming phone calls, respond to patient inquiries, and book appointments.
Schedule & confirm appointments – Keep the schedule organized and efficient.
Coordinate patient care – Assist with treatment coordination between general dentists and specialists.
Handle insurance & billing – Retrieve insurance breakdowns, submit claims, and explain coverage to patients.
Process payments – Ensure accurate billing and collect patient balances.
Educate patients – Provide information on treatment plans and insurance benefits.
Maintain organization – Keep administrative tasks and patient records up to date.

What We’re Looking For:

Dental Experience – Prior experience in a dental office is highly preferred.
Insurance Knowledge – Strong understanding of dental insurance plans and billing procedures.
