Position Overview:

As a Clinical Assistant at Orthologie, you'll play a pivotal role in supporting our orthodontists and ensuring our patients receive top-notch care throughout their treatment journey. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals with a drive to learn, a strong work ethic, and a desire to make a positive impact on people's lives.

• No previous orthodontic or dental experience is required - we provide comprehensive training to help you succeed and thrive in this role
• This is a full-time position. Shifts are Monday to Friday, typically between 8:45am-5:45pm.
• Candidates will need to work at both our Vancouver and Richmond office locations.
• Vancouver Address is 555 W 12th Ave #4 (in City Square Mall), Vancouver.
• Richmond address is 5951 No. 3 Rd #320, Richmond.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist orthodontists during patient procedures
• Prepare and sanitize dental rooms between patients to maintain cleanliness and efficiency.
• Educate patients about their treatment plans and oral hygiene practices.
• Capture clinical photographs and 3D scans of patients' teeth.
• Document treatment notes for appointments
• Collaborate with the administrative team to schedule appointments and follow up with patients.
• Help with digital submissions, 3D treatment planning, and virtual monitoring patients’ treatments.

• No prior dental experience or certifications required – comprehensive training provided.
• Ability to speak Cantonese or Mandarin is preferred
