Naimark Law Firm is a plaintiff personal injury law firm operating within the GTA. Our team of professionals are dedicated, dynamic, and diverse!

Naimark Law Firm is looking for a highly motivated Law Clerk/Paralegal with extensive experience in Accident Benefits, including CAT files.

Key Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Completion of OCF forms
  • Drafting LAT applications
  • Preparing Case Conference summary forms
  • Preparing for LAT hearings
  • Requesting and reviewing medical documentation
  • Daily communication with clients and third parties
  • Handling CAT files

Attributes & Experience

  • 5+ years of accident benefits experience including extensive knowledge of the Statutory Accident Benefits Schedule (SABS).
  • Experience working in a fast pace environment running 150+ ab files
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision
  • Strong technical skills including Microsoft Office, Time Matters and PC Law
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail.

Salary to be negotiated based on experience.

The position is remote and office attendance is required once a month. In addition, Naimark Law Firm has transitioned to 4 day work weeks!
