Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented Sample Preparation Technician to join our laboratory team. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing samples for analysis, ensuring accuracy and consistency in all procedures. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in laboratory practices, quality control, and data collection, with excellent analysis skills and attention to detail. This position offers an opportunity to contribute to high-quality research and product development within a collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare samples according to established protocols, ensuring proper labeling and documentation
  • Conduct quality control checks on samples to maintain integrity and reliability
  • Collect and record data accurately during sample processing and analysis
  • Perform routine analysis tasks using laboratory equipment, adhering to safety standards
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the laboratory workspace
  • Assist with troubleshooting and optimizing sample preparation procedures as needed
  • Follow all safety guidelines and standard operating procedures to ensure a safe working environment

Experience

  • Prior laboratory experience is preferred, especially in sample preparation or related fields
  • Strong understanding of quality control processes within a laboratory setting
  • Proficiency in data collection, analysis, and documentation techniques
  • Solid math skills necessary for precise measurements and calculations
  • Demonstrated analysis skills with attention to detail and accuracy
  • Familiarity with laboratory equipment and safety protocols is a plus
