Job Overview
We’re looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Sterilization Technician to join our dental team. In this role, you’ll help ensure all instruments and equipment are properly cleaned, sterilized, and ready for use, following strict safety and quality standards.

No prior sterilization experience is required—we’re happy to train the right candidate. Experience in a similar role is an asset but not mandatory. You’ll also help with operatory room turnover and setup between patients.

Responsibilities

  • Operate sterilization equipment, including autoclaves and ultrasonic cleaners
  • Clean, disinfect, and sterilize dental instruments and equipment according to established protocols
  • Assist with operatory room turnover and setup
  • Check instruments for damage or contamination before sterilization
  • Prepare sterile supplies for procedures and patient care
  • Perform basic maintenance and care of sterilization equipment

What We’re Looking For

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Good organizational skills
  • A team-oriented attitude with clear communication
  • Knowledge of infection control practices is an asset

Hours and Days

  • Tuesday-Friday 8:30/9:00AM-4:30PM or End of clinic day (this can vary depending on the day/schedule)
  • On occasion there is no clinic and you would not be required to work these days, advance notice would be provided.

Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour
