UPRX (upguys.com) is a digital pharmacy platform that provides patients with access to pharmacy products through an easy-to-use platform. At UPRX, we run a closed-door and office-type pharmacy and most of the interactions between patients and pharmacists happen over the phone or through different digital media. Our energetic and dynamic team are here to create an entirely new way for Canadians to seek medical advice and receive medications and other wellness products.

Job description

We are looking for a pharmacist who is a leader and a team player:

As a pharmacist in a digital pharmacy platform, you will be responsible for supporting the pharmacy operations including patient counselling, checking and filling the prescriptions, and communications with prescribers, all with digital components added to the traditional practice.

Skills, Experience and Qualification:

● Great empathy towards patients and their unique situations

● Strong digital, verbal and written communication skills

● Strong focus on customer service, quality and accuracy

● Willingness to both receive and provide coaching and feedback

● Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills

● Ability to adapt in a dynamic work environment with changing tasks and responsibilities

Key Requirements

● Registered and in good standing with the BC College of Pharmacists

● Knowledge of pharmacy laws and regulations

Pay: $48.00-$51.00 per hour
