Synergie is recruiting for multiple Bilingual Health Information Associates in the Legal Services Sector.
As a Health Information Associate, you will play a key role in reviewing and managing medical records in a fully remote, fast-paced environment. This position supports healthcare and medical records review operations, requiring strong attention to detail, sound judgment, and a high level of professionalism. Ideal for bilingual professionals with experience in healthcare, public health, or insurance, this role offers the opportunity to contribute to accurate, confidential, and high-quality information management.
A typical day:
  • Review and analyze medical records with accuracy and attention to detail
  • Prepare clear reports, summaries, and supporting documentation
  • Maintain strict confidentiality when handling sensitive health information
  • Communicate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders
  • Organize and manage records while meeting deadlines and quality standards

Successful candidates will have:
  • Demonstrate full bilingual fluency in French and English
  • Hold a bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Bring a minimum of three years of experience in healthcare, public health, insurance, or medical records review
  • Apply strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Work independently in a remote, deadline-driven environment using Microsoft Office tools
