Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Sales Representative to join our growing Health Clinic team. The ideal candidate will have experience in sales, business development, or healthcare-related services, along with a passion for helping clients achieve their health and wellness goals. In addition, they will support the team in identifying new opportunities to improve patient engagement, marketing initiatives, and clinic growth.

Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to all current and prospective patients
  • Learn and understand the clinic’s services, treatment options, and wellness programs
  • Generate new business opportunities through outreach, networking, referrals, and community engagement
  • Follow up with prospective patients and maintain strong client relationships
  • Assist with patient education regarding available services
  • Attend community events, health fairs, and networking functions to represent the clinic
  • Understand and follow all applicable healthcare privacy regulations and clinic policies
  • Prepare service estimates and explain pricing options when required
  • Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude
  • Complete required reporting, CRM updates, and administrative duties
  • Other tasks as required

Requirements:

  • 2-5 years of sales, business development, or customer service experience (Preferred)
  • Experience in healthcare, wellness, medical aesthetics, physiotherapy, chiropractic, or related industries is an asset
  • Must be able to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Valid Driver’s License with a clean driver abstract is an asset
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building client relationships
  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Team player with a high level of self-motivation and accountability
  • Experience with CRM systems, Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and other office software is an asset
  • Ability to work occasional evenings or weekends for events and promotional activities

Schedule:

  • Full Time
  • Monday to Friday
  • Occasional evenings and weekends may be required for events, promotions, or community outreach activities
  • This position is full-time during regular clinic business hours (40 hrs/week), with flexibility required based on clinic needs.
