About Us
HealthMax Physiotherapy is a growing healthcare organization with multiple clinics across the Greater Toronto Area. Our teams deliver hands-on rehabilitation, wellness services, and medical devices that help people recover and get back to life.
We’re looking for a Public Relations Coordinator to join us at our head office. This is a chance to shape how our clinics are seen across the GTA and to build something in a fast-growing organization.
What You’ll Do
Build and maintain relationships with local media, community groups, and healthcare partners
Write and pitch press releases, articles, and community announcements
Represent HealthMax at community events, open houses, and clinic launches
Support the marketing team with content, campaigns, and social media
Help develop referral relationships with physicians, lawyers, and local businesses
Track coverage and report on what’s working
Maintain a consistent voice across everything we publish
What We’re Looking For
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Comfortable speaking with people and representing an organization in public
Organized, reliable, and able to manage several projects at once
Interest in healthcare, community, and local media
Recent graduates and those starting out are encouraged to apply
