Job Summary

We are looking to add a Physiotherapy Administrative Assistant to our team at

Progression Muscle, Bone and Joint.

Responsibilities of an Administrative Assistant would include:

- greeting and assisting patients, answering phone calls

- booking patients, billing and taking payments in Jane system

- cleaning treatment rooms and taking patients to rooms

- sending and receiving patient reports

- assisting with all front desk, general retail and clinic duties

- adherence to all Progression MBJ protocols and policies to ensure patient care is

always utmost priority

To be successful in this role, you will have the following qualifications:

- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

- Well-developed communication and management skills

- Ability to work in fast paced, collaborative team setting

- Excellent understanding of providing quality customer service. Experience in medical

administration and/or related experience is an asset, but not required. We are willing to

train and mentor the right personality.

Hours would be between Monday to Friday and shifts may vary (morning, day or evening).

Pay: From $21.00 per hour
