Full job description

Sylvan Family Health Centre is currently hiring:

1 Full Time Medical Receptionist

If you are energetic, enjoy working with people and are detail oriented, then this is the job for you!

The ideal candidate must be self-motivated; organized-with the ability to multi-task, outstanding in written and verbal communication skills and attention to detail. It is crucial that you have the ability to work in a fast paced, team environment and must be able to adapt to change.

Duties include but are not limited to: answering a multi-line telephone system, booking appointments, electronic filing, arriving patients, processing insurance requests, providing support to several physicians along with other clinic staff, reviewing incoming mail and other office duties.

You must be able to work Monday – Friday, with varying shifts between the hours of 8:00am–5:30pm with the occasional 12:00pm-8:00pm shift.
