Within your team, your essential role will be:
  • to plan, organize and control all operational and human resources management activities in accordance with the Jean Coutu Group's standards;
  • to ensure that the commercial image respects the Jean Coutu Group's standards;
  • to hire the personnel required for the smooth running of the pharmacy;
  • supervise his/her work team, see to their training and evaluate them;
  • to plan the budget for the pharmacy.

To hold this position, the person must:
  • have management experience.

Number of hours per week:
  • 35 hours or more

French language: Basic knowledge
