Optometry Clinic Manager / Practice Lead – Guildford

Look Optometry | Surrey, BC

Look Optometry is looking for an organized, positive and accountable Clinic Manager / Practice Lead to lead the day-to-day operations of our Guildford location.

This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who enjoys working with people, improving systems and creating an exceptional patient experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the daily operations of the Guildford clinic.
  • Coach, support and hold the clinic team accountable.
  • Manage scheduling, staffing, patient flow and clinic capacity.
  • Ensure every patient receives a warm, professional and consistent LOOK experience.
  • Monitor key clinic KPIs including revenue, patient volume, schedule utilization and optical performance.
  • Work with the clinical and optical teams to improve patient care and clinic performance.
  • Maintain clinic systems, SOPs, supplies, equipment and operational standards.
  • Identify problems early, take ownership and help implement solutions.

  • Positive, dependable and solution-oriented.
  • Previous management or supervisory experience preferred.
