At Snore MD, we don’t just treat sleep, we transform lives. With clinics across Western Canada, we’re growing fast and looking for a passionate Clinic Manager to help us elevate patient care across multiple locations.

With expanding clinics across British Columbia and Alberta, we’re proud to deliver exceptional care that helps patients sleep better and live better at Snore MD.

Our culture is warm, positive, people-first, and purpose-driven. We believe that when our teams thrive, our patients thrive — and now we’re looking for an outstanding leader to help guide that mission as our Regional Manager for St. Albert / Edmonton in Alberta.

We’re seeking an experienced RRT or RPSGT to step into the role of Sleep Clinician and Regional Manager.

In this role, you will not only lead and support your clinic, but also remain actively involved in patient care by providing sleep consultations and guiding patients through their therapy journey. The role begins at one clinic and scales with you — with real potential to grow into regional leadership across multiple clinic locations.

What We Offer Great leadership deserves great rewards — and a long, fulfilling career starts with the right support:

  • Competitive Salary: $85,000 – $110,000+ per year (including bonuses)
  • Extensive Benefits Package, valued at approximately:
  • $4,300 in years 2–3
  • $7,300 in years 4–7
  • Growing to $14,700+ in year 12
  • Includes medical, dental, vision, RRSP matching, & fitness perks
  • Relocation allowance available for qualified candidates relocating from elsewhere in Canada
  • Career Longevity: Build a 10+ year leadership career where your contributions are recognized and rewarded
  • Supportive Culture: A positive, team-first environment where you can truly make your clinics your own
  • Robust Training: Extensive online and in-clinic training to set you up for success
  • Strong Corporate Support: You’re never alone — we’re here to help you and your region achieve your goals

What You’ll Do

  • Lead, coach, and develop high-performing clinical teams
  • Deliver outstanding patient experiences across multiple clinics
  • Provide sleep consultations and support patients through diagnosis and therapy
  • Oversee operations, staffing, and performance metrics
  • Drive consistency, quality, and a positive team culture
  • Build strong relationships with patients, teams, and partners

What We’re Looking For

  • RRT or RPSGT certification (required)
  • Proven work experience in sleep and respiratory care in Canada
  • Previous leadership experience can include senior clinician roles, mentoring, or team lead responsibilities
  • A confident, energetic, people-first leadership style
  • Passion for patient care and team development

Join Us If you’re ready to lead, inspire, and still stay connected to what matters most — patient care — we’d love to meet you.

Apply today and help us change lives through better sleep.
