Established Medical & Aesthetic Clinic

We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Medical Office Assistant to join our reputable Medical & Aesthetic Clinic. This role is ideal for a confident professional who thrives in a fast-paced clinical environment, takes initiative, and brings a strong working knowledge of Accuro EMR.

We are looking for someone who not only manages front-office operations seamlessly but also contributes to workflow efficiency, patient experience, and team collaboration.

Position Overview

  • Full-time (5 days per week)

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage patient flow with efficiency and professionalism
  • Oversee appointment scheduling, confirmations, and recall systems
  • Maintain accurate and compliant patient records using Accuro EMR
  • Process billing and payments
  • Support physicians and aesthetic providers with administrative coordination
  • Ensure exceptional patient service from first contact to follow-up
  • Identify and implement workflow improvements when needed
  • Other responsibilities as needed

Qualifications & Experience

  • Certified MOA, will ask to see certificate (required)
  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in a medical office (required)
  • Strong, hands-on experience with Accuro EMR (required)
  • Confident managing a busy, multi-provider clinic environment
  • Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Proven ability to collaborate effectively within a team
  • Professional, polished, and patient-centered demeanor

You are dependable, proactive, and detail-oriented. You anticipate needs before they arise, take ownership of your role, and contribute positively to clinic culture. Experience in a medical setting is required.
