Now Hiring: Patient Care Coordinator / Dental Administrator

Responsibilities

  • Welcome and assist patients with warmth and professionalism
  • Answer phones, schedule appointments, and build the schedule through outbound calls
  • Handle insurance claims, accounts receivable, and patient inquiries
  • Coordinate front desk operations while providing exceptional customer service
  • Work with urgency, efficiency, and a team-first attitude

Qualifications

  • Previous dental administration experience is required
  • Strong dental knowledge, including insurance and treatment coordination
  • Excellent multitasking, organizational, and communication skills
  • Friendly, professional, and confident with the public
  • Must be willing to work business hours
  • Part-time or full-time opportunity available

Schedule

Monday–Thursday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Friday: 8:00 AM – 2:00 PM
