Position Overview
We’re seeking a dynamic Call Centre Manager to lead our call centre team at our Brampton head office. The call centre is a critical part of our operation, handling inbound inquiries and outbound calls to book consultations at our clinics. If you’re passionate about sales, customer service, and making people look and feel their best, we want you on our team!

Primary Responsibilities

As a Call Centre Manager, you will:

  • Lead and Inspire: Provide strong leadership to the call centre team, onboarding and training new agents as needed.
  • Drive Results: Motivate the team to meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales quotas.
  • Deliver Excellence: Ensure every client receives exceptional service, maintaining professionalism and empathy at all times.
  • Ensure Compliance: Oversee adherence to regulations and best practices for call centre operations.
  • Manage Systems: Communicate system updates effectively and involve stakeholders to keep everyone informed.
  • Foster Growth: Coach and mentor team members, helping them build their skills and achieve their goals.
  • Problem Solve: Address challenges with creative thinking and maintain a level-headed approach under pressure.

Key Qualifications

  • Proven talent for sales and leadership.
  • A passion for the beauty and wellness industry.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills (both written and verbal).
  • Ability to multitask and make quick, effective decisions.
  • Previous managerial experience, preferably in a call centre or similar environment.
  • Strong organizational, data entry, and training skills.
  • Polite, professional, and results-driven demeanor.
