1 COMPANY SUMMARY

We are an employee - owned environmental consulting and engineering firm founded in 2007 with 75 professionals across BC. We pride ourselves on our collaborative culture, low turnover, and meaningful work.

2 CURRENT OPPORTUNITY

We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Project Coordinator and Invoicing representative to join our team. This is an in-office position located in our Victoria office.

Ideal Candidate:

· Minimum 2-5 years of bookkeeping/accounting experience.

· Experience working at a professional services, engineering, construction, or project-based firm is strongly preferred.

· Strong understanding of project invoicing and revenue cycle processes.

· Experience with Deltek Ajera is strongly preferred.

· High attention to detail with strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.

· Payroll and Benefits experience is beneficial.

Responsibilities will include, but may not be limited to:

· Opening, modifying, and closing projects, ensuring all required contracts and documentation are on file.

· Monitoring and managing accounts receivable (A/R) and work-in-progress (WIP) balances to support timely billing and collections.

· Invoicing projects.

· Backup for Accounts Payable, Benefits, Payroll.

· Various office support - ordering supplies, answering the phone, courier, etc.

This position and responsibilities will evolve over time, based on the employee’s skills, performance and other career objectives.

3 COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

This will be permanent hourly position, with a two-week paid annual vacation. We anticipate a beginning wage of $28 to $35 per hour, dependent on skills and experience. Hours will be based on workload, but we anticipate between 30 and 40 hours per week.
