Job Opportunity: Experienced Medical Office Assistant (MOA) – Busy Office in Central Surrey.

We are looking for a skilled and professional MOA to join our fast-paced medical office in Surrey. If you are detail-oriented, customer-focused, and thrive in a busy environment, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Delivering exceptional customer service to patients
  • Scheduling and coordinating appointments with efficiency
  • Instruct patient on tests, treatments, and procedures
  • Managing patient records and ensuring they are up-to-date
  • Handling billing and insurance claims
  • Answering phone inquiries and managing office communications
  • Providing administrative support to physicians and medical staff as needed

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as an MOA in a medical office setting
