Full job description
Sylvan Family Health Centre is currently hiring a part-time Medical Office Assistant to join our practice.
We are a teaching facility, focusing on patient centred care. The ideal candidate must be self-motivated; organized – with the ability to multi-task and be outstanding in both written and verbal communication. Working in a team environment and the ability to adapt with change is crucial.
Some duties include but are not limited to: direct patient care – including vitals, treatment, screen and pre-screen patient initiatives; update and maintain electronic medical records and other duties as required.
The Medical Office Assistant course is an asset.
