```Job Overview```:
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Pharmacy Assistant to join our team. As a Pharmacy Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting the pharmacy operations and providing excellent patient care. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment and contribute to the well-being of our patients.

Duties```:

  • Assist pharmacists in preparing and dispensing prescriptions accurately and efficiently
  • Manage inventory by stocking medications and supplies, and maintaining proper storage conditions
  • Provide excellent patient care by answering questions and offering guidance under supervision
  • Process prescription orders, including data entry and insurance billing procedures
  • Support the pharmacy team with administrative tasks such as filing, labeling, and documentation
  • Ensure compliance with all safety protocols, including medication administration procedures when applicable
  • Communicate effectively with patients, healthcare providers, and insurance companies to facilitate smooth operations

```Requirements```:

  • MUST HAVE MINIMUM 2* YEARS ONTARIO PHARMACY ASSISTANT EXPERIENCE *
  • MUST HAVE MINIMUM 2 YEARS KROLL EXPERIENCE
  • Knowledge of medical terminology and medication administration
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including weekends.
