White Rabbit Beauty is looking for an Experienced Esthetician to join our growing team in Seton, Calgary.

White Rabbit is a beauty and self-care destination bringing together professional esthetics, advanced skin treatments, medispa services and hair in one beautiful space.

We're looking for an esthetician who genuinely loves their craft, the person who enjoys creating an incredible facial just as much as perfecting a brow, helping a guest feel comfortable during a waxing appointment, or recommending the right skincare routine.

Our priority is finding someone with a strong foundation in traditional and results-driven esthetics who wants to build relationships, grow a loyal clientele and continue developing their skills.

The Experience We're Looking For

Our ideal candidate has hands-on professional experience with several of the following:

  • Customized and results-driven facials
  • Dermaplaning
  • Chemical peels (ideal but not mandatory)
  • Waxing
  • Brow lamination and tinting
  • Lash lifts and tinting
  • Professional skincare consultations and recommendations

Experience with threading and/or sugaring is a definite bonus.

Advanced Aesthetics Experience? Even Better.

Advanced aesthetics experience is not required for this position, but it would be a valuable asset.

If you have experience or certification in any of the following, please tell us about it:

  • IPL photorejuvenation
  • RF skin tightening
  • Laser hair removal
  • Microneedling

Experience with InMode Optimas technology or Innopen Microneedling is an added bonus.

For the right candidate, there may also be opportunities to expand into advanced aesthetics as you grow with White Rabbit.

  • Is knowledgeable about skin health, contraindications and treatment protocols
  • Maintains exceptional sanitation and treatment-room standards
  • Is comfortable educating guests about professional skincare and home care
  • Enjoys recommending products and services based on a guest's genuine needs
  • Is reliable, professional and accountable
  • Works well as part of a collaborative team
  • Is passionate about continued education
  • Wants to build a loyal clientele and grow their career

Schedule

This is currently a part-time position with the opportunity to grow.

White Rabbit is open seven days a week, including evenings, so some evening and weekend availability will be required.
