Saskatoon Naturopathic Medicine

Reporting to the Clinic Director, Saskatoon Naturopathic Medicine is seeking an experienced and highly organized Clinic Manager to oversee clinic operations and help deliver an exceptional patient experience. The successful candidate will be a proactive leader who is passionate about customer service, operational excellence, and creating a welcoming environment where patients receive outstanding care from their first point of contact through their ongoing treatment journey.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and coordinate the daily operations of the clinic to ensure a smooth and efficient patient experience.
  • Develop, implement, and maintain clinic policies, procedures, and operational standards.
  • Plan and coordinate clinic events, meetings, training sessions, and staff development activities.
  • Manage inventory and maintain effective relationships with vendors and service providers.
  • Provide leadership for human resource activities, including scheduling, payroll administration, performance management, employee training, and retention initiatives.
  • Foster a positive, collaborative, and engaging workplace culture.
  • Support and execute marketing initiatives that promote clinic services and community engagement.
  • Carry out operational priorities and projects as directed by the Clinic Directors and strategic business plans.
  • Manage financial and bookkeeping activities, including bill payments, daily sales reporting, and accounting functions using QuickBooks.

Qualifications

We’re looking for someone who brings:

· 3-5+ years of leadership or management experience in a healthcare clinic professional office.

· Experience managing teams and coordinating day to day operations.

  • Strong financial and administrative skills, with experience using QuickBooks or comparable accounting systems.
  • High attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Sound judgment and critical-thinking skills with the ability to anticipate and resolve issues proactively.
