We are looking for an experienced, organized, and motivated Dental Office Manager to lead our growing dental practice.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys building strong teams, creating efficient systems, and delivering an outstanding patient experience.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee day-to-day operations of the dental office
  • Lead, train, and support administrative team members
  • Manage scheduling, patient flow, and office efficiency
  • Monitor production goals and key performance indicators
  • Handle patient concerns and ensure exceptional customer service
  • Assist with hiring, onboarding, and staff development
  • Coordinate insurance claims, accounts receivable, and treatment acceptance
  • Maintain office policies, systems, and compliance standards
  • Work closely with dentists and clinical team to ensure smooth operations

Qualifications

  • Previous dental office management experience required
  • Strong knowledge of dental insurance and treatment coordination
  • Experience with dental practice management software
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
