Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of the clinic, ensuring smooth and efficient workflow
- Schedule appointments, and perform accurate billings towards insurance companies or patients
- Monitor and evaluate clinic performance, making necessary adjustments to improve efficiency and productivity
- Laundry duties
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date electronic medical records
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and standards
- Handle patient inquiries, complaints, and concerns in a professional and timely manner

Experience:
- Familiarity with electronic insurance billing systems (or willingness to learn)
- Familiarity with electronic medical records systems (or willingness to learn)
- Computer literacy
