- Assess the downstream impact of proposed changes and manage them through a controlled change-management process with appropriate documentation and approvals.
- Serve as the subject-matter expert on system capabilities, advising stakeholders on what the platform can and cannot support.
Module Implementations
- Lead or support the implementation of new HRIS modules.
- Gather and document requirements, configure and unit-test new functionality, and coordinate data migration, integrations, and stakeholder readiness.

- Reduce manual effort and error by optimizing workflows, self-service, and reporting.
- Document processes and configuration decisions and maintain up-to-date system documentation and standard operating procedures.
Release Management & Testing
- Manage the platform's release cycle, including reviewing vendor release notes, assessing the impact of new features and updates, and communicating changes to stakeholders.
- Build and execute test plans and test cases (unit, regression, and user acceptance testing) for configuration changes, releases, and implementations.
- Coordinate UAT with business users, track and resolve defects, and sign off on changes before promotion to production.
Support & Data Integrity
- Provide tier 2/3 support for HRIS issues, troubleshooting configuration and data problems.
- Maintain data accuracy and integrity through audits, validation rules, and routine reconciliation.
- Support reporting and analytics needs by ensuring data is well-structured and accessible.
Experience
- 5–8 years of progressive experience in HRIS management, configuration, and administration.
- Hands-on experience with UKG Pro and UKG Workforce Management (Dimensions), including configuration and administration.

- Proven ability to gather requirements and translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Solid testing discipline and familiarity with structured change-management and release practices.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with high attention to detail and data accuracy.
- Effective communication skills, with the ability to work across HR, IT, and vendor partners.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects concurrently.
