Responsibilities

  • Welcome and assist patients with a warm, professional attitude
  • Answer phone calls, emails, and appointment inquiries
  • Schedule and confirm patient appointments
  • Process insurance claims and coordinate patient billing
  • Manage patient charts and ensure records are up to date
  • Coordinate treatment plans and recall appointments
  • Assist with general administrative duties to support daily clinic operations
