Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Senior Financial Analyst to join our finance team. In this pivotal role, you will drive financial insights, support strategic decision-making, and enhance our financial planning and analysis capabilities. Your expertise will empower us to optimize operations, improve profitability, and sustain our growth trajectory.

Responsibilities

Financial Planning & Forecasting

  • Develop and maintain annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, and long-term financial models
  • Analyze revenue, cost drivers, and operational KPIs to support financial planning
  • Provide scenario analysis and financial modeling to support strategic initiatives
  • Support Finance leadership for financial analysis and reporting, implementation of internal and external financial KPI'

Financial Reporting & Analysis

  • Prepare monthly financial performance reports and management dashboards
  • Perform variance analysis (actual vs. budget/forecast) and provide insights to leadership
  • Identify financial risks and opportunities and recommend corrective actions

Cost & Operational Analysis

  • Analyze manufacturing costs, labor utilization, overhead absorption, and production efficiency
  • Partner with operations teams to improve cost control and profitability
  • Support inventory and standard cost analysis

Business Partnering

  • Collaborate with operations, supply chain, HR, and leadership teams to support decision-making
  • Provide financial insights for capital investment, pricing decisions, and cost optimization
  • Support management presentations and executive reporting

Process Improvement

  • Improve financial reporting automation and analytics capabilities
  • Support ERP and financial system enhancements
  • Develop dashboards and analytical tools to improve financial transparency
  • Any additional and ad-hoc tasks that can be assigned from time to time based on the Group requirements.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration
  • Professional designation such as CPA or ACCA or equivalent
  • Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in financial planning & analysis, corporate finance, or manufacturing finance
  • Experience supporting budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling
  • Technical Skills
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial modeling
  • Experience with ERP systems and financial reporting tools
  • Experience with planning or reporting systems such as **Hyperion Financial Management, MS Dynamics, SAP, or similar platforms is an asset
